Who is Kort for?
Any business that gets its work done through other companies: builders and their subcontractors, property managers and their contractors, planners and their vendors. Kort is for the conversation between you and them, not for chatting inside your own team.
Do my partners need an account?
No. A partner answers from the link in the email Kort sends them, with no account and no password, and the link keeps them signed in for a week. The conversation that link opens works today; the emails themselves start sending soon.
Can I bring my existing email and WhatsApp history?
Yes, from WhatsApp chat exports and a Gmail export. You say which people and addresses belong to which partner, and Kort brings in only those conversations and skips everything else. Imported messages keep their original dates and senders, and a whole import can be undone. Outlook files are not supported yet.
Is Kort end-to-end encrypted?
No. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every organisation is sealed off in the database, but Kort can read messages, which is what makes search work. End-to-end encrypted confidential threads are planned.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time. Admins can export a full copy with every file, spreadsheets of messages and bookings, or a printable record of a single company or project.
Does it work on my phone?
Kort is built for the desktop browser today. Native mobile apps come later.
